Generally, we ship within 1-2 days of your order date. You’ll receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation the moment your order ships. Delivery time is typically 7-15 business days from the shipment date in the USA.
Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

International orders typically take 10-14 business days but may be delayed due to customs (import fees may apply!). See below for more information on international shipments.
We do ship internationally, you will be able to select your country from a dropdown list during checkout. If you don’t see your country of residence drop us a line and we’ll work on adding it.
If your package was returned to sender, we’ll get that sent back out to you right away. If your package was unclaimed or the address you provided was incorrect, a re-shipment fee may apply.
The cost will depend on the shipping method, the dimensions and weight of your purchased products, as well as the shipping destination. All shipping costs can be calculated previous to the checkout process and before confirming your order. The products will be shipped using global premium express carriers like UPS.
Cancellation and Changes
If you wish to cancel your order or change your order or shipping information, please contact our e-mail as soon as possible. In order to provide the absolute best service, we ship orders as soon as we can, sometimes even the same day they’re placed. If your order ships before we receive your cancellation request, we will not be able to modify your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping.
Refunds and Returns
All returns need to be authorized by our company, so please contact us to begin the returns process. Most products are eligible for a refund if we receive the return within 40 days of the original delivery date. Please return the product 14 days after receiving of the original purchase of the product.
All orders, including final sale orders, may be eligible for a replacement if damaged in shipping or production.

Our company is not responsible for and does not reimburse shipping costs on any returns or exchanges unless due to an error made directly by us.
Pack your return very well! It’s a good idea to hold onto your original packaging if you think you may be requesting a return. You need it to return the products in their original package. If the Certificate of Authenticity is returned with damage, a refund cannot be processed.
All products must be returned using a traceable shipping method.
It takes 5 – 7 business days after receiving your return for it to be inspected and a refund submitted.
